Over four nights, we've designed a wine-matched menu that perfectly showcases four of Australia's best varietals. Experience a hand-selected flight over the course of the evening, with the winemaker by your side.
You'll be guided through the winemaking process, learn about the nuances of each varietal and vintage, and of course taste the fruits of their labour for yourself.
